Petitioner has filed a suit for specific performance, which is pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Roorkee, and is numbered as Original Suit No. 321 of 2022. According to the petitioner, he moved an application seeking temporary injunction in the said suit, which was filed in 2022 itself, but, the same has not been disposed of so far. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the court concerned to expedite disposal of the temporary injunction application. 3. Since the application was filed by petitioner in the year 2022 and nearly three years have gone by now, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application of the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided all the defendants in the suit are served.
