The present petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “I. That the Hon'ble Court most graciously be pleased to quash the Order dated 20/02/2023 passed by the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate Ambikapur, District Sarguja in Criminal Complaint case in the interest of justice. II. That the Hon'ble Court most graciously be plea order dated 24/06/2023 passed by the Ld. 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, Surguja in Criminal Revision No. 09/2023 in the interest of justice. III. That the Hon'ble Court most graciously be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No. 1064/2022 dated 17/12/2022 & 446/2023 dated 16/07/2023 in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner has subsequently filed another petition for same cause of action by engaging another counsel being CRMP No. 275 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2025. 4.
