GP FOR HOME (AP) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents No.2 and , 3 in not registering FIR against the respondents No. 6, 7 86 8 for insulting, illegal detention, humiliation, assaulted, abused in filthy language and discriminated in the name of caste by Mala Community as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of principles of natural justice besides violative of Article 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and pass such” 2. Heard Sri. V. Krishna Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim direction given by this Court, police are not calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station. He further submitted that the enquiry officer has enquired into the matter and came to the conclusion that there is no further action to be taken on the representation made by the petitioner. Further, a detailed report is submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Kakinada District, for further necessary steps. 4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to follow the due process of law, if any crime registered against the petitioner.
