When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. K. Soundarya, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, on instructions of the petitioner, she filed a letter in the Registry dated 13.11.2025, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, whenever the cause of action arises. 2. Permission as sought for is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, whenever the cause of action arises. 4.
