ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.4 in taking steps to alter/change the revenue records mutated in my favour in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.29 cents in Sy.No.41-B2, Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.41-C, Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.41-G, Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.41-H, and Ac.0.43 cents in Sy.No.41-1 of Thumsi Village, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District, in favour of respondent No.5, without putting me on notice and without adhering to the procedure known to law, as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. On instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that a civil suit in O.S. No.99 of 2020, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge,

Kuppam, is pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent with respect to the subject lands. It is further submitted that, in view of the pendency of the said suit, the respondents do not intend to make any entries in favour of the 5th respondent. 3. Considering the circumstances, and as the respondents are not intending to make any entries, this Court is not inclined to pass any further orders. However, if the respondents propose to entertain any application filed by the 5th respondent in future, they are directed to follow due procedure by issuing proper notice to all concerned. 4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
