The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-31535-2024. 2. At the first instance, notice of motion was issued to respondent No.2 only, however, on the subsequent hearing, it transpired that no recommendation had been received from respondent No.1 and accordingly, notice was issued to the said respondent as well. 3. The learned State counsel had accepted notice and is representing both the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated 16.07.2025, which is stated to have been passed in reference to the order dated 16.01.2025 (supra).
