The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 31.10.2017 passed in W.P No.36284 of 2017, the present contempt case is filed.
3. The said writ petition was disposed of, with a direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar therein to dispose of the petitioner’s application for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject matter land.
4. A counter-affidavit was filed by the respondent herein on 31.07.2018, to which the proceedings of the Tahsildar i.e., respondent No.4 vide Rc.B/508/2016 dated 23.07.2018 was enclosed.
5. From a reading of the said proceedings, it is discernible that pursuant to the orders passed in the writ petition, the respondent herein considered the application made by the petitioner and rejected the same by assigning the reasons.
6. In view of the same, this Court see no violation much less willful disobedience of the orders passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
