2. The writ petition was dismissed for default on 2nd September, 2025.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since he was engaged in some other Court, he could not appear when the matter was taken up for hearing on 2nd September, 2025. He seeks for restoration of the writ petition upon recalling order dated 2nd September, 2025.
4. Despite service none appears for respondent nos. 13 and
14.
5. Learned counsel representing the State leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.
6. Considering the averments made in the writ petition and the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the
applicant, it is found that sufficient cause has been shown to restore the writ petition.
7. Accordingly, the order dated 2nd September, 2025 is hereby recalled.
8. The writ petition being WPA 23404 of 2024 is restored to its original file and number.
9. Accordingly, application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands
disposed of.
