At the outset, counsel for the informant submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application. First anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail. 4. At this stage, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
