1. The petitioner has filed present petition assailing the transfer KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.09.22 19:17:15 +0530
order declaring him surplus under Rationalization Policy.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State would submit that only one post of Lecturer is sanctioned in the school whereas presently two lecturers are working in the school. The petitioner has joined the school on 06.03.2021 and one Sanjay Kumar Jogiwansh has joined the school on 27.10.2016, as such, he is senior to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has rightly been declared as surplus teacher and would pray for dismissal of the petition.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned State Counsel and also the fact that the petitioner has already remained posted at present place of posting for more than 5 years, I am of the view that no case for interference is made out.
