By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought for a suitable direction to the Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Varanasi, to decide the Case No. 684 of 2024 titled Smt. Shakila Bano alias Sahiba v. Shaif Ali alias Soeab, under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Varanasi, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that application filed by the petitioner under the Domestic Violence Act is pending since 06.02.2024, and no progress has been made so far, therefore seeks appropriate direction from this Court. 4. In such circumstances, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Varanasi to decide Case No. 684 of 2024 titled Smt. Shakila Bano alias Sahiba v.
