Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that regarding solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2, their family members have entered into a compromise and there is hardly any hindrance or objection created at the behest of family member of either of the petitioners. It is further stated that the petitioners are leading their life peacefully being husband and wife. 4. In view of the above, no cause survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and as such the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition, hence, present petition stands disposed of. 5. However, it is made clear that the protection granted earlier to the petitioners is hereby discontinued and extension shall be subject to fresh assessment made by concerned police authority.
