On perusal of the order dated 2nd September, 2025 it is revealed that in the second paragraph instead of “The father of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of a primary school under the Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council who, on attaining the age of superannuation, had retired from his service on 30th September, 1998 and had died on 29th March, 2005.” it should be read as “The father of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of a primary school under the Paschim Medinipur District Primary School Council who, on attaining the age of superannuation, had retired from his service on 30th September, 1998 and had died on 9th March, 2005.” The other portion of the order dated 2nd September, 2025 shall remain the same.
