This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:
“…to issue Writ, order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent on reports dt.02-08-2021 and 13-12-2021 ss per the ednrosement of the 2nd respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and also under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of atrocities) Act 1989 and offends Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondents to register crime on my reports as a case and undertake investigation in accordance with the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and prosecute the real culprits …
2. It is represented that since the counsel on record has become Government Pleader, there is a need to change of vakalat in the matter. 3. At this juncture, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the complaint which was given by the petitioner in Spandana is closed since the matter is of civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed since no further orders are required in this matter. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________________________
