It is informed by the learned counsels for the parties that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.08.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that in pursuance to the above said Settlement Agreement, Respondent No. 1 had handed over a cheque amounting to Rs. 1,75,000/- to each of the petitioners on the date of signing of the Agreement itself. He further submits that the Settlement Agreement has duly been complied with by Respondent No. 1 and in support of this, an Affidavit of Compliance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 has also been filed by Mr. This is a digitally signed order.
