While issuing Rule on 16.07.2018, direct service was permitted. However, the direct service affidavit has not been filed, thereby indicating that the 3rd respondent is not served with the copy of the writ petition. [2] In my view, since rule of the petition has not been served on the 3rd respondent and she has been in service for the past seven years, I do not find any good grounds to entertain this writ petition.
