This O.P. came to be filed before the learned XII Additional District-Cum-Family Court Judge, Guntur. However, the said O.P., was not numbered and returned with certain objections. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court, by way of the present Civil Revision Petition, with a contention that the O.P. is not being numbered, on the ground of absence of the petitioner and that, the O.P. cannot be numbered until the petitioner is present before the Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, all the other objections would be complied. However, the objection relating to the absence of the petitioner, would require the petitioner to leave his employment in Ahmedabad and appear before the Court and the same would cause irreparable burden on the petitioner. 4. In the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction, to the learned XII Additional District-Cum-Family Court Judge, Guntur, to permit the petitioner to appear online before the Court, for the purposes of numbering the petition.
