01. The instant petition has come up before this Court after twelve years and during the intervening period, there was no effort made on behalf of the petitioner to get the instant petition listed.
02. Today, when the instant petition was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, accordingly, it appears that petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition.
03. Even with the afflux of time, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and the relief claimed cannot be granted at this stage.
04. In the light of the above, the instant petition is dismissed.
05. Interim directions, if any, shall stand vacated.
