GP FOR REVENUE (AP) NJS,J W.P No.21041 of 2019 3 The Court made the following Order: The grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition in short is that, pending disposal of the Revision Petition, CCLA’s Ref.No.P1/204/2007 pending before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, the respondent No.3 is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the subject matter property i.e., Ac. 2.00 cents in Survey No.14/2, Ac. 2.00 cents in Survey No.11, Ac. 0.75 cents in Survey No.07, Ac. 0.70 cents in Survey No.2/2, Ac. 5.16 cents in Survey No.12 of Nallarallapalle Village, G.D Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. This Court on 26.12.2019, at the time of considering the matter ‘for Admission’ granted interim order of status quo and the same is being extended from time to time. Be that as it may. 4. In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent No.3, it is stated that the Revision Petition is pending. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions states that the revision is still pending, before the Revisional Authority. 6. In view of the same, instead of examining the matter on merits, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the Revisional Authority before whom the Revision Petition is pending, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three (03) months from the date of NJS,J W.P No.21041 of 2019 4 receipt of copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance with law. 7. Till disposal of the Revision Petition, the interim orders granted by this Court shall remain in operation. 8. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
