In CRR No. 1440/2019 has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “A. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned FIR No. 151/2019 registered against the Applicant in the Police Station- Basantpur, District- Rajnandgaon. B. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned Final Report dated 06.07.2019 filed u/s. 173 Cr.P.C. by the Investigation Officer bearing Challan (Charge Sheet)/ Final Report No. 155/2019. C. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned Order dated 04.09.2019 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Rajnandgaon (C.G.) in Case No. 52/2019 framing charges and the subsequent criminal trial against the Applicant thereby quashing the criminal proceedings against the Applicant. D. Award costs of this Application in favour of the Applicant. E. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require in favour of the Applicant.” 2. In CRR No. 1524/2019 has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “A The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned FIR No. 151/2019 registered against the Applicant in the Police Station- Basantpur, District- Rajnandgaon. B. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned Final Report dated 06.07.2019 filed u/s. 173 Cr.P.C. by the Investigation Officer bearing Challan (Charge Sheet)/ Final Report No. 155/2019. C. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned Order dated 04.09.2019 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Rajnandgaon (C.G.) in Case No. 52/2019 framing 3 charges against the Applicantand the subsequent criminal trial against the Applicant thereby quashing the criminal proceedings against the Applicant. D. Call for record from the Court below. E. Award costs of this Application in favour of the Applicant. F. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require in favour of the applicant.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw this petition, stating that the trial is in advance stage. 4. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revisions. 5. In view of the above, the present petitions are dismissed on this ground alone. 6. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 8.
