Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the first respondent passed the order vide memo No.HRD/DC/PO- IV/F.No.254/04/D.No.17/12, DATED 12.01.2012 where under the case of the petitioner vide representation dated 30.05.2011 was considered and rejected. 4 3. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to challenge the said orders dated 12.01.2012 passed by the first respondent. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders dated 12.01.2012 passed by the first respondent vide memo No. HRD/DC/PO-IV/F.No.254/04/D.No.17/12 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
