Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would submit that the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed, as all the dues and family pension (including arrears of pension with interest) with effect from January, 2025 which includes GPF to the tune of Rs. 3,36,868/-, DCRG Rs. 24,512/-, arrears of pension to the tune of Rs. Considering the aforesaid submission, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
