1. Heard Mr. Phade, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited request that Respondent No.9 be directed to decide Appeal No.58 of 2025 pending before respondent No.9 as expeditiously as possible, in the time bound manner and preferably within four weeks.

consideration the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner pointing out urgency and if satisfied fix a schedule. However, for present, we are only inclined to direct respondent No.9 to decide Appeal No.58 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible in the facts and circumstances of the case as pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
4. If an application for ad-interim/interim relief has been preferred, the same be decided within four weeks from the date of communication of this
order.
5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
6. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
