Order 10/06/2025 Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that on the basis of appreciation of evidence, he has been convicted vide judgment dated 23.05.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, Anti Docaity Cases, Bharatpur and sentence of one year has been imposed upon the appellant. The sentence awarded has already been suspended for a period of one month which is going to expire on 22.06.2025. Issue notice to the respondent. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. In the meanwhile, sentence awarded vide judgment dated 23.05.2025 shall remain suspended subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation (2 of 2) [CRLAS-1529/2025] that he shall appear before this Court as and when called upon to do so.
