GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 30760 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the representation dated 17.10.2025 requesting to delete the lands in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.195/1D situated at Ghambheeram village accounts, Anandapuram Revenue Mandal, Visakhapatnam District from the prohibitory list shown in Sl.No.1346 vide G.O.Ms.No.193, Revenue (Assn-I) Department dated 05.05.2016 under Section 22-A (1) (e) of Registration Act, after 28 years of granting assignment under the Ex- servicemen quota vide D.Form patta in DR No.387/85, dated 02.09.1988, despite the revenue authorities issued the subsequent G.O.Ms.No.279, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 04.07.2016, though he purchased the subject land from one Kondru Srinu, who is the son of late Kondru Appanna (Ex-servicemen) by way of agreement of sale dated 13.01.2013. 2. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, giving liberty to the petitioner to file online application for deletion of subject property from the prohibitory list within two months from today. On filing of such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same after obtaining the report 4 from the concerned officers and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of petitioner’s online application. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
