JUSTICE BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU Order 08/09/2025 The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report dated 24.08.2025 furnished to him by SHO, Police Station Malakhera, District Alwar, according to which, appellants have expired. The death certificate of appellant No.1-Lalaram is annexed and as per the report, he expired on 02.07.2020. So far as the report of appellant No.2-Ghisaram is concerned, there is no death certificate, however the report of Gram Panchayat Barkhera dated 22.08.2025 has been placed on record, according to which he expired about 7-8 years ago. The said report is taken on record. In view of the same, both the appellants have expired and thus, the appeal stands abated and is dismissed accordingly. (BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU),J Jatin /15
