Sri V.Ch.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the authorities have passed orders dated 18.12.2024 directing the petitioner to vacate the subject premises, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said orders before appropriate forum. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders dated 18.12.2024 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law, before appropriate forum.
