JUSTICE RAVINDER DUDEJA O R D E R % 30.07.2025 CRL.M.A. 21868/2025 SEEKING PERMISSION TO TRAVEL ABROAD AS CONDITIONS PRECEDENT IN ORDER/JUDGMENT DATED 25.06.2025 1. The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant Gurpreet Singh Malhotra seeking permission to travel to Dubai from 30.07.2025 to 07.08.2025 pursuant to the conditions imposed by the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this court. 2. Applicant was granted anticipatory bail vide judgment dated 25.06.2025 subject to various terms and conditions including the condition that he will not leave the country without prior permission. 3. The Ld. Counsel states that petitioner has changed his travel date from 30.07.2025 to 01.08.2025 till 07.08.2025. He submits that he has placed on record the copies of fresh tickets. 4. Ld. APP fairly states that IO has verified the travel itinerary. He further states that email for verification of business visit of the petitioner was sent to the mail ID of Crown Hotel in Dubai and they have replied that Wybor International Trade Meet is scheduled at Hotel Crown Plaza, Deira, Dubai from 01.08.2025 to 06.08.2025 and the name of the present applicant is in the list of attendees. 6. Since the applicant intends to visit Dubai in connection with the aforesaid meet, which fact has been verified in the status report filed by the IO, the Court is of the view that the present application deserves to be allowed. The applicant, is therefore permitted to travel to Dubai from 01.08.2025 to 07.08.2025 subject to the following conditions: i. Applicant shall furnish before the Joint Registrar a Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh (Rupees One Lakh) as a security for his timely return to the country and for joining the ongoing further investigation of case; ii. That in addition to the above, he shall also furnish before the Joint Registrar a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh (Rupees One Lakh) as a security for his timely return to the country; iii. That if the presence of the applicant is required by the IO of this case in connection with any further investigation during the travel period, then he shall return back to India and join the investigation within 48 hours of receiving of the information in this regard from the IO through Whatsapp/email or any other mode of communication; iv. He shall inform the court about his arrival back in India within 48 hours of his return and shall also file the copies of the relevant pages of his passport showing his timely return back to the country, and an intimation This is a digitally signed order. That he shall not, under any circumstances, request for extension of the duration of his stay abroad; vi. That during the above said period, he shall not enter into any transaction in respect to sale, lease, mortgage, transfer or relinquishment etc. of his interests in immovable or movable properties like shares and securities etc. except with permission of this Court; vii. That he shall not apply for the citizenship of Dubai or any other country nor he shall renounce his Indian citizenship during the said period without prior permission of the court; viii. That he shall duly furnish before this Court an undertaking on a stamp paper of appropriate value for compliance of the above conditions and also containing a clause that in case he violates any of the above conditions intentionally, then the amounts of above FDR as also the personal bond furnished before this Court, shall stand forfeited to the Government of India and can be recovered as per law; ix. That while being abroad, he shall not meet or even communicate with any person concerned with this case and shall not make any attempt to influence any prosecution witness or to tamper with or destroy the evidence of the case; 7.
