This is a bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Manamunda PS Case No. 150 of 2025 corresponding to Special Case(NDPS) No.101 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kantamal for commission of offence punishable U/S. 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, on the allegation of possessing 60Kgs of Contraband Ganja in the house of co-accused Subrat Singh. 3. Heard, Ms. Dipti Rekha Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the alleged seizure of 60Kgs of Contraband Ganja which is coming under commercial quantity in the presence of the Petitioner allegedly in the house of the co-accused and his consequent failure to satisfy the conditions of Sec. 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.
