This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated 21.06.2017 passed by the Collector (Stamps), Kota and auction notice dated 07.03.2019 for creating demand of Rs.9,02,877/-. 2. The petitioner has statutory remedy of revision and no case is made out to bring the matter within the exception carved out for entertaining the petition inspite of availability of alternative remedy. 3. The petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to avail remedy of revision. 4. Considering that the petition is pending since 2019, in the eventuality of petitioner filing the revision within six weeks from [2025:RJ-JP:4906-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-5663/2019] today after complying with the pre-requisites of filing the revision, the same shall be considered to have been filed within limitation.
