31.01.2022. Proceeding dated 30.05.2022, had informed the Chief Executive Officer of the A.P. State Waqf Board to consider the case of the Writ Petitioner since the property is included in the Prohibitory List under Section 22-(A)(1)(C) of the Registration Act, 1908. Having considered these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Writ Petitioner to approach the Waqf Board. The Writ Petitioner may approach the Waqf Board within two weeks from today.
There shall be a direction to the Waqf Board that it shall dispose of the Petition filed by the Writ Petitioner within a period of six (6) months from the date of filing of the Petition before the Waqf Board. 3. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
