Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband. 2. It appears that there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties. 3. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code for transfer of Original Suit (Title Matrimonial) Petition No.685 of 2023, from the Additional Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat, to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. The aforesaid suit has been filed by the husband/ opposite party for grant of divorce. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the wife is residing separately at Hazaribagh having a minor son aged about one year and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid suit to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 5. Learned counsel for the O.P./ husband, has submitted that there is still chance of settlement and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and proper care. 6. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and the fact that the minor son is aged about one year, the - 1 - Tr. Petition No.6 of 2024 Original Suit (Title Matrimonial) Petition No.685 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 7. The Family Court, Hazaribagh, is expected to explore the possibility to settle the dispute between the parties. 8. With above direction, the present transfer petition, stands disposed of.
