Nabam, learned Additional Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh for the State respondent and Shri K. Teri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri M. Kato, learned DSGI for the respondent/Union of India. The delay in filing the restoration petition vide IA(C) No. 36(AP)/2025 has been condoned today by a separate order. Also perused the reasons cited leading to the dismissal of the writ petition, being WP(C) No. 369(AP)/2017, on default. Considering the above, this Court is of the opinion that the subject matter involved in the writ petition would require restoration of the same in the interest of justice. Page No.# 3/3 The writ petition, being WP(C) No. 369(AP)/2017, accordingly stands restored to file. Since the said writ petition is of the year 2017, list the same for hearing on 24.06.2025.
