The present appeal from order has been filed by the appellant under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC challenging the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the court of learned 2nd Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Dehradun in O.S. No. 388 of 2023, whereby, the interim injunction application of the plaintiff was rejected. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. Now, the parties have consented that status quo as regards possession and nature of property be maintained in the property in suit in question and no third party interest shall be created over the property in question. 6. Accordingly, the appeal from order stands disposed of. 7.
