ORAL ORDER Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioner is assailing the order dated 18.06.2020 (Annexure-L) passed by Respondent No. 4, wherein the petitioner has been blacklisted by the respondent-Authority.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that, the
order of blacklisting was revoked subsequently. Hence, I am of the view that, no further orders are required in this writ petition. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in view of revocation of the blacklisting by the respondent-Authorities, the petitioner is entitled for refund of the EMD as per the tender document. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority by way of representation within 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order and if such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Competent Authority within three months from the date of receipt of the representation filed by the petitioner. With this observation, writ petition is disposed of.
