1. Mr. Aditya Bhattacharaya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 submits that he does not wish to press the present application.
2. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. CM APPL. 63741/2025 (by respondent no.2 under Section 151 CPC)
3. The present application has been filed seeking modification/rectification of order dated 26.08.2025.
4. Mr. Manu Beri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2/Transunion CIBIL submits that vide
order dated 26.08.2025, respondent no.2 was directed to rectify the credit score of the petitioner This is a digitally signed order. within a period of two weeks.
5. He submits that respondent no.2 can change the status of financial information of the petitioner only on the basis of communication of the Member Bank Institution in terms of Section 21(3) of the Credit Information Companies (Regulations) Act, 2005.
6. He submits that on account of non-compliance of the operative part of the directions contained in the order dated 26.08.2025, the petitioner has also initiated contempt proceedings by filing a contempt petition.
7. Mr. G.S. Arora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submits that after the disposal of the present writ petition, fresh action was taken by respondent no.3, which led to filing of another writ petition being W.P.(C) No.16453/2025 titled as M/S DYS Royals Pvt. Ltd. v. Reserve Bank of India.
8. He submits that after filing of aforesaid writ petition, the present application, as well as, the contempt petition initiated by the petitioner has been rendered infructuous. On instructions, he further submits that the petitioner shall be withdrawing the contempt petition. The statement is taken on record, binding the petitioner/non-applicant to the same.
9. No further orders are, therefore, called for in the present application.
10. The application is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
