ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri D. Viswakanth Babu, learned Counsel representing Ms. K.S.G. Padmavathi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Radhakrishna, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, Learned Standing Counsel for APEWIDC and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri Radhakrishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for APEWIDC, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, APEWIDC, Srikakulam, dated 13.11.2025. In response to the Order dated 06.11.2025, Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the District Collector, Srikakulam District, has also furnished Written Instructions dated 13.11.2025 to a similar effect. Copies of both sets of Written Instructions have been supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. At Serial No.18 of the Table annexed to the Written Instructions furnished by Sri Radhakrishna, learned Counsel representing APEWIDC, it is indicated that the bills have been submitted to the Pay & Accounts Officer, Works & Projects, Srikakulam, and that the bills are presently pending with the Pay & Accounts Officer. 3

Having regard to these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition at the admissions stage without going into merit directing Respondent No.1 and others to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today and transfer the amount due to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish his bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (04) weeks for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
