Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Kakinada vide Lr.No.EE/PRI Div./KKD/A5, dated 30.10.2025, submitted that after statutory recoveries the petitioner is entitled to get an amount of Rs.7,40,119/- and sought twelve (12) weeks time for payment. 3. Sri Abhay Siddanth Mootha, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount of Rs.7,40,119/- in full quittance of the claim and also for granting time sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay an amount of Rs.7,40,119/- to the petitioner within a period of twelve (12)weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
