In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 23rd July, 2024 (Annexure-H) made by the petitioner for effecting Khata in his favour in respect of the property bearing Survey No.52 measuring to an extent of 4 acres situate at Nimbekaipura Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District as per the grant order dated 22nd April, 1969. 3. Heard Sri. Narasimharaju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusal of the averments made in the writ petition makes it clear that the petitioner is claiming right over the property in question based on the order of grant dated 22nd April, 1969 and subsequent entries in favour of the petitioner in the RTC extracts. In that view of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 23rd July, 2024 (Annexure-H) and take decision in the matter, after scrutinizing the records available in their office, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
