Petitioner has sought direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to expedite hearing of the said Original Application. 4. Since the Original Application was filed in 2018, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a request of learned Debts Recovery Tribunal to make endeavour to decide the Original Application, as early as possible.
