PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court Made the Following Order: The instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed by the Petitioners herein/A5 and A8, seeking permission to leave the India pending disposal of the Crime No.116 of 2024 of Allagadda Town Police Station, Nandyal District. 2. Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State/respondent. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein, arrayed as A5 and A8 in Crime No. 116 of 2024, seeks permission to travel. Learned counsel would further submit that A1 had filed Crl.P.No.11028 of 2025 seeking renewal of his passport and permission to travel to Thailand to attend his grandchild’s birthday function, which was allowed by imposing certain conditions. It is further submitted that the petitioners herein are the wife and daughter of A1 and that they have filed their travel schedule along with the tickets. Therefore, the Court may be pleased to pass appropriate orders by imposing suitable conditions. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, and since the petitioners herein are facing allegations in Crime No. 116 of 2024 of Allagadda Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324 and 120-B read with Section 34 IPC, and as the matter is still at the crime stage with the investigation yet to be completed, and further, since the travel schedule is only for three days, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Criminal Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall execute a personal bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each 3 and shall furnish their phone numbers and address at Thailand before the concerned Magistrate.
