JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The prayers in the writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, Madhugiri Taluk to implement the orders passed by the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner, at Annexure-B, which is the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner in a proceedings bearing No.RRT(A)(M):4/2021 setting aside the mutation entry in M.R.H.13/2018-19. The Assistant Commissioner also directed the Tahsildar to secure a report from the Taluka Surveyor and make revenue entries in terms of M.R.8/1993-94. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation is also given by the petitioner on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32934 WP No. 15948 of 2025 09.02.2022 to implement the orders of the Assistant Commissioner. Further a legal notice was also got issued in terms of Annexure-D dated 26.12.2024, but the Tahsildar has not implemented the orders. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, Madhugiri Taluk to take note of the orders passed by the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner and verify whether the said order passed by the Assistant Commissioner has been set aside or varied. If no such orders are passed varying or setting aside the order of the Assistant Commissioner, the Tahsildar shall proceed to act in terms of the directions given by the Assistant Commissioner and make the revenue entries accordingly as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
