This MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 08.08.2025, passed by this Court in MAC-1256-2022 (Smt. Kala Thakur and another v. Sarjuram Dhruw and others), whereby due to inadvertence and typographical error in Page No.01 of the order the name of counsel appearing for respondent No.03 has wrongly been typed as “Mr. A.L. Singroul, Advocate” instead of “Mr. Anil Kumar Gulati”. Hence, modification to that extent is prayed for. 2. Upon perusal of the record, this Court deem it appropriate to allow this MCC. Accordingly, in Page No.01 of order dated 08.08.2025, passed by this Court in MAC-1256-2022 (Smt. Kala Thakur and another v. Sarjuram Dhruw and others), the name of “Mr. Anil Kumar Gulati” be read as counsel appearing for the respondent No.03, in place of “Mr. A.L. Singroul, Advocate”. It is ordered accordingly. 3.
