ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court in W.P.No.16095/2021 and this Court by order dated 30.09.2021 issued a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Tahsildar to place the application filed by

the petitioner before the Committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation within a period of eight weeks. However, when the said orders were not complied, the petitioner filed contempt petition in CCC No.63/2023. The Division Bench passed an order disposing of the contempt petition on 28.03.2024, recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate that as soon as the committee is formed, the application will be placed before the committee.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that the committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation has been formed and the application of the petitioner will be placed before the committee.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk, to place the application of the petitioner before the Committee along with his

recommendation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Committee shall thereafter consider the application and pass necessary orders within a period of two months from the date when the application would be placed before the Committee. Ordered accordingly. Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
