Sr. No. 33 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: SWP 1192/2015 Sardari Lal …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: Mr. A R Bhat, Advocate V/s State & Ors. ... Respondent(s) Through: None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 09.09.2025 This petition was last listed way back in the year 2016 wherein, counsel for the petitioner stated at the bar that the petitioner has expired and sought time to lay motion for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Thereafter, the matter has come up today i.e., 09.09.2025. However, no application for bringing on record the legal heirs has been filed and in the intervening period no steps have been taken by the petitioner for listing the matter. In the circumstances, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed or he has lost interest in prosecuting the same. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL) JUDGE Jammu 09.09.2025 AKHILESH
