Sahani, Advocate For the Respondents : Ms. Shilpi, AC to SC (Mines)-II ----- 05/13.01.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice as contained in letter no. 1470 dated 05.10.2023 issued by the respondent no. 2 in S.A.R Appeal No. 03/2023-24 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) primarily on the ground that the appellant – Sahchari Singh Sardar has no jurisdiction to prefer appeal against the orders dated 08.10.2021 passed in different S.A.R cases by the respondent no. 4 – the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chandil under Section 71-A of the Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to contest the aforesaid appeal pending before the respondent no. 2. 3. Considering the said prayer, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4. I.A. No. 6924 of 2024 also stands disposed of accordingly. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Manish
