The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) No.52(AP)/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 80 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Learned counsel for the sole respondent has filed objection to the condonation application. However, having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the contents of the application as well as the reply to the application, we are of the view that the delay in filing the connected writ appeal is liable to be condoned.
