JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 13.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.14587/2021. 2. The appellant was employed as Bus Conductor with KSRTC, Bengaluru Central Division. The appellant had faced disciplinary proceedings for non issuing of the tickets to the passengers after collecting fare. In fact the Management has been generous in imposing only minor punishment of withholding one increment with cumulative effect. 3. The learned Single Judge having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal in I.D.No.140/2015 has dismissed the writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42842-DB WA No. 1095 of 2024 3. We find no reasons to interfere with the impugned punishment, which is minor, for the offence of not issuing tickets to the passengers after collecting fare.
