The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant praying for quashing non-bailable warrant dated 12.02.2025 as well as entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2009 (State vs. Jitendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 552 of 2008, under Section 392, 411 I.P.C., Police Station South, District Firozabad pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Firozabad. 3. The Court does not see any illegality, impropriety and incorrectness in the impugned order under challenge and also there seem to be no abuse of court's process. There is no good ground to interfere in the same, therefore, the prayer for quashing of the impugned order is refused. 4. However, a request has been made that the applicant wants to surrender in the court below and applies for bail and for that some protective direction may be issued. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that in case the applicant surrenders within two weeks from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6.
