Therefore, this Court had directed the learned Counsel for the Respondent to obtain clear Written Instructions. 2. Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. 3. Sri Tadisetti Venkata Ananda Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, has submitted the written instructions furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palasa Division, Srikakulam District, dated 12.11.2025. This Written Instructions are taken on record. 4. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Order of this Court dated 01.03.2017 was received by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palasa Division, Srikakulam District, on 13.06.2017. It is stated therein that the Joint Collector conducted several hearings on the Appeal Petition, and that the Petitioner failed to prove his case during the hearings, and hence, the Final Orders were passed on 30.05.2017. 5. Having regard to the above facts, this Court is of the view that the Respondents have complied with the Orders of this Court dated 01.03.2017 in W.P.No.6707 of 2017. 6. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
